SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Provide Information Technology support for MBP Team Members and other clients. Perform IT administrative processes and procedures. Assist with IT projects as necessary.

EDUCATION/KNOWLEDGE:
Associate degree or two years' experience in Information Technology or related field. Appropriate Information Technology training, experience, and certifications. Knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures, within the IT field.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Proficient at Information Technology maintenance and support. Proficient at troubleshooting and resolving Information Technology related issues. Familiarity with Information Technology concepts and practices. Solid analytical, organizational, technical, and problem-solving skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work on multiple concurrent tasks while focusing on quality and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to independently manage assigned workloads.
GUIDANCE/RESPONSIBILITY:
Works under the supervision of the IT Manager. Ability to work independently, seeking guidance and direction when necessary.
