Position Summary

Essential Job Functions:
* Prepare and maintain monthly/quarterly financial and forecast reports that provide management with information used in the decision-making process

* Assist in leading the Tables' month-end close process within the Commercial Finance function, collaborating with Accounting to ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial data.
* Conduct thorough investigations, identify key business drivers, and provide analysis of variances from targeted results along with recommendations to close any gaps. Identify trends in performance and implement recommended actions to improve performance in consultation with the Americas leadership team. Subsequent compilation of comprehensive financial reports to facilitate strategic planning and performance evaluation to senior leadership.

* Maintain and utilize statistical databases for analysis and reporting purposes. Partner with Commercial Analytics to drive efficient data processes and reconciliation across data sources.
* Support FP&A management with special projects and ad-hoc requests that require financial and operational analysis.

* Provides financial modeling capability/support for all product related business cases, including long term strategic initiatives.

* Understand and actively manage direct costs (BOM, R&M, Refurb, Spare Parts, Royalties, etc.) as well as operating expenses.

* Tracks performance of products against approved business cases; ensures targets included in forecasts and plan.
* Adheres to generally accepted accounting principles and similar financial regulations.

Qualifications

Education:
Bachelor's degree in finance, business, accounting or related field or its equivalent.

Required Experience:
* 5-8 years experience in Financial / Accounting roles (proven proficiency in financial analysis).
* Experience in managing multiple stakeholders, across multiple locations. Must have worked in large, multi-layered organizations.
* Track record of process improvement initiatives.

Preferred Experience:
* Gaming industry experience would be preferable.

* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experience with Tableau/Salesforce would be preferable.

* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
* Solid organizational and time management skills
* Ability to thrive in a fast-pace environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
* Familiarity with financial and accounting regulations
* Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite

* Strong understanding of data management, cleaning, and analysis
